We have a small herd of Miniature La Mancha Dairy goats in the Southeastern part of Pennsylvania, about 50 minutes Northwest of Philadelphia in the town of Telford, PA. We love the milk our does produce and use it to make cheese, soap and drink it straight up as a refreshing beverage. Spring has started with a wonderful bang! Ella and Jasmine gave birth April 13, 2017. They had a doeling and buckling, birthing minutes apart, way to go girls! All the babies are tributes to both the does and bucks, Legolas and Jenkins.
In 2016, we expanded the buck pasture and it now includes a hedge row full of bushes, weeds and assorted vegetation for them to enjoy and explore. The run-in shed for the does' summer pasture is now sporting a new coat of red barn paint and we are looking forward to doing improvements on its flooring, but the dirt is serving everyone very well at the moment.
